A robust IT helpdesk (8am – 6pm) and full-site support for both software and hardware, providing support through phone, online and email with additional provision for outside of core hours
Creative Networks provides proactive break/fix maintenance, patching, monitoring for timely detection and correction of hardware and software faults. For software maintenance CN implemented Microsoft Office 365 mail encryption.
CN provides ReLondon with proactive IT security, including endpoint protection, firewalls, and encryption. They ensure compliance, respond to threats, and have certified ReLondon with Cyber Essentials (Q4 2023). Ongoing improvements include asset management and company-wide laptop encryption.
CN provide ReLondon with proactive monitoring and management of data backup and business continuity systems. CN delivered a streamlined, scalable, cloud-first backup solution for virtual infrastructure, workstations, and Microsoft 365® data using Cove Data Protection™ through N-Able.
CN purchases and monitors the appropriate licenses and procure and setup new equipment, including warranties. As ReLondon are an environmental organisation with a focus on circular economy, resource management, waste and recycling. CN are working with ReLondon to implement a reuse and recycle option to their hardware provision.
