Creative Networks is excited to announce the strategic acquisition of BDM Voice, expanding our capabilities and strengthening the solutions we deliver to our customers.

Manchester, UK – 06th January 2026 – Creative Networks is pleased to announce the acquisition of BDM Voice, strengthening its managed telecoms and communications capability and supporting its continued growth strategy.

This acquisition brings together two businesses with a shared focus on trust, service quality, and long-term customer relationships. By combining BDM Voice’s telecoms expertise with Creative Networks’ wider IT, cloud, and security capabilities, customers benefit from greater resilience, deeper technical support, and a platform designed for sustainable growth — without disruption to the service they rely on today.

The acquisition relates solely to BDM Voice Limited. BDM Talk, trading as BDM CX, and the wider BDM Group’s contact centre and customer experience operations are entirely unaffected by this transaction and continue to operate independently as normal.

For BDM Voice customers, the transition provides continuity alongside access to a broader range of services and increased operational scale. For Creative Networks, the acquisition further enhances its telecoms offering and supports its long-term ambition to build a strong, multidisciplinary technology group serving UK businesses.

Mike Surridge, founder of BDM Voice, will continue to focus on the growth of BDM Talk / BDM CX and the wider BDM Group’s contact centre and customer engagement businesses, while working with Creative Networks to ensure a smooth and well-managed transition for BDM Voice customers.

Azeem Javed, Director of Creative Networks, commented:
BDM Voice is a great cultural and strategic fit for our group. The business has been built on strong customer relationships and dependable service, which aligns perfectly with how we operate. This acquisition allows us to invest further in capability and resilience while maintaining continuity for customers.
