While giving up some control to the third-party provider and potentially costing more in the long run due to subscription payments, businesses are able to streamline their workload and remove lengthy processes to save their employees time on mundane activities and focus on more important business goals. You’ll also have access to technical support from the third-party provider, rather than having to pay for an IT expert to come to your premises and fix any issues.

But HubSpot does allow integration with other software that a company may work well with, or need for their particular business model.

One of the tools you’re able to integrate with HubSpot is Microsoft Dynamics 365! So if you already work with HubSpot and want to gain the added benefits of using a SaaS tool like Microsoft Dynamics 365, you can easily integrate tools into your CRM and gain the benefits of each. You can also migrate your data from one tool to another to allow you to fuse your original business software with your new SaaS tool without having unnecessary steps and connections.

Does Microsoft Dynamics 365 Work with Salesforce?

If you’re working with Salesforce and wish to integrate your systems, you can also do so by syncing your Salesforce Sales Cloud with Microsoft Dynamics 365 via a remote connection. The two software don’t work directly together, however, you can obtain a third-party integration solution or middleware.

Sometimes, third-party integrations and add-ons aren’t as effective at collaborating as more comprehensive solutions like HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics 365, as the additional steps cause the processes to slow and occasionally mismanage information.
