Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a Software as a Service (SaaS), which means customers pay for the service rather than downloading or managing the software on their own systems and devices, but rather access the service, which is hosted by a third party, via a web browser.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 is constructed on Azure, and while it shares similarities with Microsoft 365, it stands independently, focusing on providing the following services to customers:

Is There a Difference between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365?
Microsoft Dynamics 365 is very different from Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Office, although the latter terms are more well-known and more commonly used for personal use in homes, for students and for freelancers.

Does Microsoft Dynamics Integrate with HubSpot?
HubSpot is a comprehensive CRM that aims to ease the workload of a company by integrating all aspects of its marketing, sales, and service with a CMS (content management system) to allow employees to focus on their customers’ wants and needs in a more personal way. While a CMS like WordPress has several plug-ins to make the service more effective by allowing different aspects of the business to work together, HubSpot is already a holistic service. Does Microsoft Dynamics 365 Work with Salesforce?
If you’re working with Salesforce and wish to integrate your systems, you can also do so by syncing your Salesforce Sales Cloud with Microsoft Dynamics 365 via a remote connection. The two software don’t work directly together, however, you can obtain a third-party integration solution or middleware.
Sometimes, third-party integrations and add-ons aren’t as effective at collaborating as more comprehensive solutions like HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics 365, as the additional steps cause the processes to slow and occasionally mismanage information.
